- Un environnement qui évolue rapidement, où nous collaborons en permanence avec les équipes produits et adaptons constamment notre infrastructure cloud pour les nouvelles fonctionnalités et les nouveaux produits.
- La gestion de grands ensembles de données avec un temps d'accès de l'ordre de la milliseconde pour calculer en temps quasi réel des algorithmes complexes de résolution d'enchères.
- Construction de produits web efficaces et faciles à utiliser utilisés par des milliers d'utilisateurs travaillant pour les éditeurs, annonceurs et agences les plus premium du monde.

**Que ferez-vous?**
- En tant que Security Engineering Manager, vous devrez:

- Diriger et encadrer une équipe d'ingénieurs en sécurité et de développeurs en sécurité.
- Posséder, améliorer et mettre en œuvre la feuille de route en matière de sécurité (SSO, systèmes IT MDM, sécurité réseau, etc.).
- Effectuer une veille continue sur nos infrastructures informatiques et de production afin d'anticiper et de prévenir d'éventuelles vulnérabilités ou violations de la sécurité.
- Promouvoir la sécurité par la conception au sein de nos équipes d'ingénierie, en fournissant un soutien et en surveillant la mise en œuvre de vos recommandations.
- Documenter les procédures et les lignes directrices pour l'utilisation des outils et solutions de sécurité.
- Fournir un soutien étroit pour répondre à toutes les questions de nos partenaires liées à la sécurité, à l'audit et à la protection des données.

Profil recherché

**Qu'apporterez-vous à l'équipe ?**
- Une expérience approfondie dans la conduite des feuilles de route en matière de sécurité dans des environnements dynamiques.
- Une expertise dans les audits, les questionnaires d'évaluation de la sécurité et les questions liées à la conformité.
- Vous êtes autonome, organisé(e) et résilient(e).
- Des compétences de communication étonnantes pour adapter votre discours à votre public et les convaincre de mettre en œuvre vos recommandations.
- Une solide connaissance des normes de l'OWASP et des meilleures pratiques en matière de sécurité du code.
- Passionné(e) par la sécurité de l'information et curieux(se) : vous êtes en veille constante et aimez échanger avec vos pairs.
