INSEAD’s Faculty Administration and Support team supports our 159 faculty across 4 locations by providing administrative and teaching support. We are seeking an **Associate Director Faculty Administration** to join the **Faculty Administration and Support **department. This is a **full time, permanent** position to be based at our **Europe Campus in Fontainebleau, France**.
**About the Job**
Reporting to the Global Executive Director Faculty Administration, you will be responsible for leading a team to manage administrative tasks relating to faculty administration services, data, governance as well as contracts.
**Your main responsibilities**
- Team Management: Lead and manage the team across our Fontainebleau and Singapore campuses.
- Contract Management: Oversee the issuance of all faculty contracts and amendments for resident & non-resident faculty.
- Healthcare/Pension Terms: Work closely with the Human Resources team regarding health care or pensions for Faculty depending on their location.
- Accreditation Report: Lead the preparation and submission of accreditation reports when required
- Evaluation and Promotion Process: Support the Faculty Evaluation Committee (FEC) and Academic Faculty Evaluation Committee (AFEC).
- Faculty Guidelines/Handbook: Serve as the guardian of the Faculty Guidelines and Handbook, ensuring they are regularly updated and adhered to.
- Newsletter Contribution: Contribute to the faculty newsletter with relevant updates and information related to Faculty movements.
- Communication: Share all relevant updates with the other departments and teams (HR, Research, Advancement, etc.)
- Support the Dean of Faculty (DOF) in preparing board, the CAC or other presentation slides.
- Manage Faculty Statistics reports
- Planning and Staffing assistance
- Implementation of the relevant policies (travels, procurement, etc.)
- Representative of the team for projects across the school
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in HR or administration. Experience in academic or business school environment is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and global environment.
- Fluent in English and French, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Communicate with diplomacy and sensitivity to diverse cultural backgrounds.
