We are currently looking for an Apprentice to join our team Executive Education administration within the Executive Education Department (EDP) at our Fontainebleau Campus. This is a temporary apprenticeship contract (ideally, 1 year).

The apprentice will manage the administrative side of a portfolio of open and company-specific programmes (Purchase Order issuance, unit allocation and communication with Faculty, as well as internal and external stakeholders).

The main tasks include :

Send billing instructions to the Programme Managers and Faculty Administration. Issue Purchase Orders (PO) to service providers and instruct Faculty Administration to issue POs to visiting Faculty. Calculate teaching units and contact the Programme Directors for approval. Register teaching units in the database PSoft in a timely manner. Answer questions from internal (Faculty, Programme Managers, Corporate Partnership Team) and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate should have the following profile :

Ideally, you will start in September 2023 Licence Professionnelle, Bachelor or Master studies. Excellent team spirit. Both autonomous and collaborative. Multitasking and flexible. Culturally sensitive and comfortable working in a multicultural international environment. Good level of English and French, both written and spoken.

Nous recherchons actuellement un Apprenti (F/H) pour rejoindre notre équipe Executive Education administration au sein du département Executive Education (EDP) sur notre campus de Fontainebleau . Il s'agit d'un contrat d'apprentissage (1 an).

L'apprenti gérera l'aspect administratif d'un portefeuille de programmes publics et sur mesure (émission de bons de commandes, attribution d'unités et communication avec la Faculté, ainsi qu'avec les parties prenantes internes et externes).

Les principales tâches sont les suivantes :

Envoyer les instructions de facturation aux responsables de programmes et à l'administration de la faculté. Émettre des bons de commande aux prestataires de services et donner des instructions à l'administration de la faculté pour qu'elle émette des bons de commande aux professeurs visitants. Calculer les unités d'enseignement et contacter les directeurs de programme pour approbation. Enregistrer les unités d'enseignement dans la base de données PSoft dans les délais impartis. Répondre aux questions des parties prenantes internes (professeurs, directeurs de programme, équipe de partenariat d'entreprise) et externes.

Le candidat idéal doit avoir le profil suivant :

Idéalement, vous commencez en Septembre 2023 une Licence/Bachelor ou Master. Excellent esprit d'équipe. A la fois autonome et collaboratif. Multitâche et flexible. Sensible à la culture et à l'aise dans un environnement international multiculturel. Bon niveau d'anglais et de français, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.
