We are currently looking for an apprentice to join our team of Faculty Administration within the Faculty Department on our Fontainebleau campus. This is an apprenticeship contract.
The main tasks of the apprentice are :
Providing general administrative support to the Director, Faculty Administration, e.g., editing, proofreading, and organizing meetings. Provide project support, particularly in relation to IT projects e.g., following up, data checking, digitalizing documents, website. Provide administrative support across the functions of the department e.g., onboarding, contracts, data input. Undertake ad hoc tasks as required.The successful candidate should have the following profile :
BTS, Bachelor studies, Bac+3 or similar studies. Comfortable with administrative tasks. Well organized and attentive to details. Multitasking and flexibility. Culturally sensitive and comfortable working in a multicultural international environment. Good level of English is required.Kindly note that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Nous recherchons actuellement un apprenti (F/H) pour rejoindre notre équipe Faculty Admistration au sein de notre département Faculty sur notre campus de Fontainebleau . Il s'agit d'un contrat d'apprentissage.
Les principales tâches de l'apprenti sont les suivantes :
Fournir un soutien administratif général au directeur de l'administration de la faculté, par exemple en rédigeant, en relisant et en organisant des réunions. Fournir un soutien aux projets, en particulier en ce qui concerne les projets informatiques, par exemple le suivi, la vérification des données, la numérisation des documents, le site Web. Fournir un soutien administratif pour l'ensemble des fonctions du service, par exemple l'intégration, les contrats, la saisie de données. Entreprendre des tâches ad hoc en fonction des besoins.Le candidat retenu doit avoir le profil suivant :
BTS, Bachelor, Bac+3 ou études similaires. A l'aise avec les tâches administratives. Bien organisé et attentif aux détails. Multitâche et flexibilité. Sensibilité culturelle et aisance à travailler dans un environnement international multiculturel. Un bon niveau d'anglais est requis.A noter que seuls les candidats présélectionnés seront rappelés.
