**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead building and deployment of the divisions continuous improvement (CI) strategy and activities, aligned with the Knauf Groups direction
- Identify improvement potentials and their implementation with the on-site teams using lean methods and cross-functional activities
- Perform plant (CI) assessments globally and guide plants with their local action plans
- Support CAPEX projects by following through with local teams
- Support / lead on selected non-plant CI projects e.g. order fulfilment / planning etc.
- Support and train the global organization and drive initiatives to enhance the Continuous Improvement mindset and capabilities throughout the organization
- Further develop a global Continuous Improvement Network across all production plants to leverage best-practice sharing and build local competences

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, Master’s degree preferred, in business, engineering, technical, supply chain or related
- Deep technical expertise and profound knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement as well as Six Sigma
- Progressive working-experience in leading process improvement projects in a production environment. Experience from leading CI industry / companies appreciated
- Leadership skills inspiring teams at all levels to implement continuous improvement culture
- Exceptional communication, coaching and workshop skills
- Team player, who naturally builds strong relationships
- Analytical thinker with problem solving skills and a structured way of working, including Project Management experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and a second language such as German or French
- Willingness to travel (approx. 40-50 %)
