**We are looking for an IT Manager for the EMEA region, based in Paris.**

**Job responsibilities**:
As the IT Manager dedicated to our EMEA region, you will play a crucial role in enabling the growth of the business with stores, manufacturing facilities, client cares and offices across the region.

You will align on priorities with business stakeholders and work on both projects & ensuring the efficiency and security of our operations through infrastructure and support.

You will lead the EMEA IT team (internal + external) and articulate with the Central team to ensure the highest overall performance.

**YOUR MISSIONS**
- **Ensure alignment with business on priorities and projects to ensure maximum added-value is delivered**:organize ongoing reviews with business stakeholders, both on sales (retail, e-commerce) and production (in synch with Campus IT Managers). Provide ongoing reporting on RUN, projects. Act as an escalation point when needed
- **Lead and enhance IT organization for EMEA (Retail + Manufacturing)**:Bring efficiency & consistency throughout the various entities of EMEA, coordinate with campus IT managers and external resources. Develop skills of the team. Propose and lead organization optimizations. Identify opportunities to train and build teamwork skills within the IT team to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- **Lead major IT projects**:Manage and prioritize major IT projects such as Retail stores opening, re-location and renovations, migrations, upgrades, and new sites, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- **Conduct routine evaluations of network and security levels and enhance situation**:Regularly assess the organization's network and data security measures to identify weaknesses. Propose and implement action plans.
- **Deliver an exemplary support and helpdesk services**:monitor level of service provided by support and seek for continuous improvement.
- **Manage and report on IT budget allocation**:Effectively manage the IT budget allocation, providing regular reports on expenditures and ensuring resources are allocated appropriately.

**Profile**:

- Engineering or Business school, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of IT experience, preferably in a Retail environment. Manufacturing knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals. Ability to articulate Central & local teams in various locations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong knowledge of Retail environment and processes (POS, flows), infrastructure & data security principles.
- Ability to combine an hands-on approach (visiting retail and production site is key) and taking a step back.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to IT, with a mindset of continuous improvement.
- **Willingness to travel frequently across the region (30% of the time)**:

- **Fluent in English ; French and/or German are strongly valued.**
