Job Description*
Reporting directly to the Manager Data & Analytics our future **Data Product Manager** will : *
- Play a key role in the data-driven culture fostering, by being the **critical connection point between Data **producers** (engineers, scientists, analysts) & **Data consumers** (executives, business, marketing, IT,), orchestrating **end-to-end data projects **while always ensuring **to maximize the value brought to end users**,** **and turning these projects into **reasons to celebrate**.
- Make **data-informed decisions** by building bridges & facilitating connections, has the sufficient soft/hard skills to be at the edge of business needs and technical challenges**.**:

- Increase data **democratization, **increase **efficiency** for data team & data consumers, **faster ROI on data**.

**_Main Activities: _**
- **Data product roadmap ownership**:

- Has a **transversal vision of all data assets **(models, scorings, dashboards, insights,) that already exists and is able to challenge, and provide a first level of response to business teams
- Act as **the Data gate**, gathering data consumers needs by deploying a Data request form to qualify internal consumer needs
- Understand consumers data pains, challenges and needs and turn them into **requirements**:

- Define **the best development strategy** with the Data & Analytics team members (Data Engineer / Data Scientist / Tracking expert / Dataviz expert / Data analyst)
- Build the relevant Data product **roadmap**, being sure it always fit with the business needs & overall strategy
- Prioritize and steer the development of the Data product roadmap in an iterative approach while optimizing data velocity, with the ambition to build and maintain a **single source of truth **and maximize the value brought to end users.
- Report on project **progress and alerts**:

- **Report to the Head of Data & Analytics** and give him/her the operational vision of each project and an overview of run

- Support the Modular Consumer Data Platform (CDP) set-up, by orchestrating **Core datasources** (customer-centric) ingestion into our Datawarehouse according to business priorities
- Contribute to the Modular CDP run success by centralizing and orchestrating business needs:

- Onboard business teams on Audience management tool (reverse ETL)
- Support business teams (media/CRM/on-site) in simple/c
