Context

Au sein de la Direction Commerciale de la division Services, nous recrutons un Commercial Comptes Stratégiques H/F afin d’accompagner nos enjeux de croissance.

Vous mettez en œuvre la stratégie commerciale sur votre client selon des objectifs de rentabilité économique (portefeuille de plusieurs millions d’euros sur une dizaine de sites européens).

Objective and mission

Pour cela, vous devrez:
Entretenir et développer la relation client
- Etre le point focal des client(s) dont vous avez la charge et en ayant une vision globale
- Gérer le portefeuille des clients, des partenaires et contrats
- Effectuer le reporting sur l’outil de gestion de la relation client (CRM)
- Représenter le service commercial dans les meetings multi-métiers internes et externes, et salons

Construire les offres commerciales et négocier en conformité avec les procédures internes
- Être le leader de l’équipe projet pour l’élaboration des offres commerciales claim/mod/escalation
- Négocier avec les clients pour déterminer l’offre la mieux adaptée pour les deux parties
- Etre responsable de la négociation jusqu’à émission de la commande
- Tracer les changements au contrat et actualiser les documents contractuels via un avenant
- Participer à l'élaboration des tarifs commerciaux sur votre périmètre
- Intégrer la dimension internationale des clients de votre périmètre
- Elaborer les roadmaps pour chaque prospect stratégique

Profile

De formation école de commerce ou ingénierie logistique, vous avez acquis 10 ans d’expérience minimum dans des fonctions similaires au sein de sociétés logistiques et idéalement dans le secteur ferroviaire.. Vous avez déjà occupé des postes d’ampleur internationale et savez travailler avec des cultures différentes.

Vous gérez un portefeuille millions d’euros nécessitants capacité de conviction, agilité intellectuelle et relationnelle, et résistance au stress

Vous maitrisez l’anglais et idéalement l’allemand.

De nombreux déplacements en France et à l’étranger sont à prévoir.

Le poste pourra être basé à Orly, Toulouse voire en Allemagne
