**SEIRA** est une jeune entreprise SAAS française évoluant dans le secteur de la EdTech. Editrice de la plateforme d'apprentissage en ligne (Learning Management System) Seira-Idx, elle offre également à ses clients des services de formation à la méthodologie digital learning & d'ingénierie de formation.

Elle permet aux entreprises et centres de formation de digitaliser simplement et efficacement leurs formations pour un apprentissage en ligne plus souple où formation rime avec innovation.

SEIRA recherche dans le cadre de son développement **un Product Manager H/F **en contrat CDI temps plein.

Responsable du succès du produit auprès de l'utilisateur final & porteur d'une vision produit différenciante sur le marché.

Vous êtes Responsable de vos sujets et vos actions ont un impact direct sur le produit, résolument engagé.

**VOS MISSIONS**:

- Recherche et analyse de marché pour affiner le positionnement de l'offre LMS Seira
- Elaboration de la roadmap en collaboration avec les différents responsable métier : pédagogie, commercial & technique
- Etude et formalisation des besoins utilisateurs actuels & futurs, organisation & animation d'entretien qualitatifs, étude de la donnée plateforme etc..
- Traduire le besoin de l'utilisation en définition de fonctionnalités & design attendu pour guider l'équipe technique & éventuels prestataires
- S'assurer à chaque étape que la fonctionnalité livrée est conforme aux attentes de l'utilisateur final (recettage)
- Participation aux choix, brief & suivi de prestataires ou agences extérieures
- Contribution à la veille métier & technologique sur le secteur EdTech
- Collaboration avec les services commerciaux & marketing pour s'assurer d'une stratégie "Go to Market" réussie
- Unir l'ensemble de l'équipe SEIRA autour d'une roadmap commune, faire respecter les rôles & responsabilité de chacun

**VOTRE PROFIL**:

- Diplômé d'un Bac+5 d'école d'ingénieur, école de commerce ou du web
- Vous avez 5 ans d'expérience minimum dans un poste similaire (Product Owner / Product Manager d'une solution SaaS B2B)
- Vous avez une bonne capacité d'analyse
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance des process de travail de l'UX Design
- Vous avez une forte maitrise des méthodes Agile, UX Design et une bonne connaissance des méthodes d'architecture tech
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance de la méthodologie de gestion de projet & développement produit
- Vous faite preuve de diplomatie et une bonne capacité de communication

Vous avez travaillé sur des enjeux stratégiques et business. Votre expérience professionnelle est marquée par la création de produits et/ou services digitaux innovants en start-up ou scale-up.

Vous êtes autonome et agile dans votre environnement. Porteur de solutions et vous savez convaincre vos différents interlocuteurs.
