En tant que stagiaire Learning, vous jouerez un rôle crucial en soutenant l'équipe Global Learning dans l'organisation et l'exécution de diverses initiatives Learning pour notre Maison.

Vous aurez l'opportunité de contribuer à l’animation de la communauté Learning Louis Vuitton, de participer à la conception d'évènements autour du Learning en 2024 ou encore de contribuer au développement et déploiement du programme de leadership de notre Maison. De plus, vous serez impliqué(e) dans le reporting, le suivi budgétaire, l'analyse des données, les séminaires d'intégration et la création d'un nouveau podcast autour du Learning.

Responsabilités:

- Conception:

- Participer à la conception de programmes de formation pour la Maison
- Construire en collaboration avec les équipes Talent des parcours Learning dédiés
- Soutenir dans la création de contenu pour notre podcast sur le Learning (marketing, brainstorming, réalisation d'interviews et gestion du contenu média)
- Animation:

- Contribuer à l'organisation des réunions bimensuelles de la communauté Learning
- Coordonner la logistique, communiquer avec les participants et proposer une animation innovante et fluide de ces rendez-vous
- Aider à concevoir et coordonner l’organisation d’évènements Maison autour du Learning
- Aider à organiser des séminaires d'intégration pour les nouveaux employés, et proposer des expériences engageantes
- Stratégie:

- Participer à la création, le déploiement et le marketing de la stratégie Learning de la Maison
- Contribuer au déploiement des actions de la roadmap Learning de la Maison
- Participer aux activités de reporting et au suivi budgétaire de l'équipe Learning

**Overview**:
As a Learning Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Learning team in organizing and executing various learning initiatives. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the animation of the global learning community, assist in the design of learning events, participate in the development and deployment of the organization's Learning strategy and programs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design:

- Support the development of global Learning programs.
- In collaboration with Talent Development teams, build digital Learning path on our Learning Solution.
- Support in the creation of a new Learning Podcast, including tasks such as marketing, brainstorming, conducting interviews, and managing media content.
- Learning events:

- Support the organization of the bi-monthly global learning community, including coordinating logistics, communicating with participants, and ensuring smooth execution of events.
- Assist in the design and coordination of learning events such as a Learning Week.
- Help organize onboarding seminars for new employees, ensuring a comprehensive and engaging experience.
- Strategy:

- Participate in the creation, deployment, marketing of the global learning strategy.
- Participate in reporting and budget monitoring activities.
- Consolidate and analyze training data, monitor indicators, and provide insights to support decision-making.

PROFIL

**Profil**:

- Minimum 4 ans d’expérience ou enseignement supérieur en commerce, médias sociaux, RH ou équivalent provenant d'une université, IAE ou école de commerce
- Capacité à être créatif(ve) et innovant(e) avec une approche proactive dans la résolution des problèmes
- Rigueur, autonomie et capacité à travailler en équipe
- Compétences interpersonnelles
- Capacité d’adaptation au sein d’environnements de travail diversifiés
- Être à l’aise dans un contexte international
- Maîtrise de l’anglais et du français indispensables
- Maîtrise suite Microsoft Office
- Compétences en gestion de médias sociaux

**Profile**:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience or higher education in business, social media, HR, or equivalent from a university, IAE, or business school.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong sense of rigor, independence, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability to diverse working environments.
- Comfortable working in an international setting and proficient in both English and French.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proficient in social media tools and formats.
