As the Global Public Relations and Communication Director, you will:
**Lead Global PR Initiatives and Global Media Strategy**:

- Elevate Salomon's brand image worldwide, serving as the chief PR advisor to our global leadership.
- Develop and manage a media strategy that introduces Salomon to new audiences, positioning us as pioneers in outdoor and athletic ventures. Develop and optimize the synergies with media partners between advertising and editorial.
- Ensure internal PR consistency through harmonized internal PR message worldwide, underpinning Salomon's ethos, values, and objectives.

**Global PR Team Leadership**:

- Head the Global PR team, integrating strategies with regional PR heads and ensuring a unified global message.
- Executive PR Coaching: Collaborate with Salomon's top brass, crafting compelling PR narratives and strategies that echo with diverse audiences.
- Brand Collaboration: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Marketing and Brand teams, amplifying Salomon's visibility through coordinated efforts.
- Team Development: Foster a culture of growth, mentoring a global PR team and prioritizing their professional development.

**Community Engagement**:

- Design PR campaigns that resonate with our global communities, shining a spotlight on Salomon's growth strategies and sustainability drives.

**Crisis Management**:

- Be the beacon during global PR storms, coordinating with legal, brand, and HR teams to deliver measured responses.

**PR Analytics**:

- Regularly assess PR campaign effectiveness, refining strategies based on performance metrics and market feedback.
