**Indicateurs mensuels et gestion des données**

Vos compétences analytiques seront très appréciées lors de la consolidation des données mensuelles et de l'analyse des indicateurs RH du groupe liés à l'engagement des employés et à la gestion du personnel, tels que le taux de fréquence des accidents, l'absentéisme, le taux de démission, le taux de rotation et les indicateurs d'embauche.

Vous aurez également l'occasion de répondre à des demandes ad hoc, en veillant à ce que des analyses personnalisées soient fournies en temps voulu et avec précision pour répondre aux besoins dynamiques de l'entreprise.

**Soutien aux projets RH**

Acquérir des compétences en matière de gestion de projet en soutenant les responsables RH sur une variété de projets liés à l'engagement des employés, à la gestion des personnes et des carrières, à l'apprentissage et au développement.

Par exemple, vous collaborerez à l'organisation, à la réalisation et à l'analyse de l'enquête annuelle sur l'engagement, au projet d'amélioration de l'expérience d'accueil des nouveaux arrivants, ainsi qu'à la communication RH et managériale par la préparation de matériel de formation, en particulier en ce qui concerne le déploiement de notre futur Career Hub...

**Communication**

Votre créativité sera un « plus » en nous aidant à élaborer des modèles de présentation et des mises en page à communiquer à tous les niveaux de notre organisation lors de présentations de projets, de revues mensuelles, etc. Vous réfléchissez également à la meilleure stratégie pour communiquer/former les employés et managers de Valeo sur les activités de People Management, Learning & Development.
