RECRUITMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the recruitment process for interns and apprentices (approximately 50 placements annually): resume evaluation, conducting HR interviews, preparing offers, and handling administrative tasks.
- Oversee the recruitment of certain fixed-term and permanent positions.
- Collaborate with managers to initiate recruitment campaigns and fully understand their hiring requirements.
- Utilize LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
CAMPUS ENGAGEMENT ACTIVITIES:
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Establish partnerships with various educational institutions.
- Participate in recruitment fairs and forums.
ADDITIONAL HR FUNCTIONS:
- Serve as the primary HR contact for interns and apprentices.
- Facilitate community-building activities for interns and apprentices through events (e.g., Discovery Week, Welcome Sessions).
- Coordinate logistics for HR events.
- Manage purchase orders.
- Lead onboarding sessions for new hires.
- Handle administrative HR tasks (contracts and employee documentation).
- Support the HR Business Partner team on cross-functional projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Educational background in business (Master's level preferred).
- Fluency in both French and English is essential.
- Prior experience in HR or recruitment is advantageous.
- Strong people skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
