**About the Position**

As a Key Account Manager, you will develop and scale the sales organization. You will be the exclusive contact person for medical practices and clinics, actively reducing treatment barriers and helping affected individuals to obtain simplified access to evidence-based therapy methods.

**Your Mission**:

- You enjoy finding creative ways in communication to inform, address, and inspire professionals proactively, all within the framework of pharmaceutical advertising regulations
- You have fun organizing and conducting events and conferences (training sessions, fairs, congresses, etc.)
- With your organizational talent and independent work style, you ensure reliable data in our CRM

**What You Bring**:

- You work independently and learn quickly and willingly
- Ideally, you have sales experience in healthcare with pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturers
- You have an education or degree in psychology, medicine, IT, economics, or a comparable field related to healthcare, or at least one year of experience in the medical device industry
- You are empathetic, love helping people, and have excellent organizational skills
- Your work style is efficient, structured, and you enjoy finding solutions
- You have worked in a position with responsibilities before and are familiar with the startup environment
- You speak German and English fluently (additional languages are a plus)
- You have a good basic knowledge in psychology or medicine to communicate with professionals at eye level
- You have a strong interest in digital health solutions and technology-based approaches in healthcare
- You possess excellent communication and presentation skills
