**WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL**:
- Support incoming requests for orders of consumables and spare parts
- Manage Litigations
- Renew customer maintenance contracts
- Build good relationships with customers and ensure loyalty
- Liaise with our dispatch center in Holland to keep customers informed on their deliveries
- Participate in outbound call campaigns to secure additional sales
**WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WHO IS**:
Ability to take ownership over a portfolio of customers
Knowledge of a CRM (preferably SFDC) would be advantageous
**YOUR EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE**:
- Administrative or sales background
- Good relationship skills
- You are excellent in Excel
- Experience with CRMs
- English is an asset.

**A propos du poste**
Véritable support à la vente, l’attaché(e) clientèle est en charge de la satisfaction client.
**Vos responsabilités**
Rattaché au responsable du service client, vous avez pour mission de:
- Prendre en charge les demandes entrantes pour les commandes/devis de consommables et pièces détachées
- Gestion des litiges
- Renouveler les contrats de maintenance des clients et assurer leur fidélité
- Appeler les clients à intervalles réguliers en fonction de leur taille afin d'établir de bonnes relations et d'assurer la fidélité
- Communiquer aux clients les informations concernant leurs livraisons
- Assurer la liaison avec notre centre d'expédition en Hollande
- Participer aux campagnes d'appels sortants pour sécuriser les ventes supplémentaires
Pour vous permettre de mener à bien ces missions, vous bénéficiez d’une formation sur l’ensemble de nos produits, outils et process. Vous pourrez aussi vous appuyer sur la réputation de notre marque reconnue pour son innovation et la qualité de ses solutions.
**Nous recherchons une personne**:
De formation commerciale ou administrative, vous justifiez d’une expérience réussie dans des postes similaires (métiers de l’assistanat commercial, technique ou administratif, de l’accueil).
Dotée d’un très bon relationnel, vous avez le goût du contact clients, savez les rassurer et être réactif pour répondre au plus vite à leurs demandes.
Votre rigueur et votre sens de l’organisation seront nécessaires à la bonne exécution de votre mission quotidienne.
Vous avez une bonne maîtrise d’Excel et vous avez déjà travailler sur un ERP, Navision de préférence.
Anglais opérationnel.
**Votre expérience**:
Vous justifiez d’une expérience réussie dans des postes similaires (métiers de l’assistanat commercial, technique ou administratif, de l’accueil).
