We are a fast-growing international high-tech company offering high-performance non-destructive testing solutions for the inspection of critical components, as well as the necessary operating software. Our instruments have applications in various industries, including oil & gas, aerospace, and nuclear.
Job Opportunity: Inside Sales SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Specialist to join our team based in France, covering the UK territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue and growth by developing and maintaining sales strategies tailored to the UK market.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet or exceed sales objectives;
- Develop, maintain, and implement a territory-specific sales plan with collaboration from the Sales Vice-President;
- Monitor leads in the territory and propose actions to meet sales targets;
- Respond promptly to Marketing Qualified Leads and Sales Qualified Leads;
- Generate quotes via Salesforce and coordinate sales proposal preparation and presentation;
- Contribute to maintaining and developing the opportunity pipeline according to Eddyfi's Sales process;
- Maintain CRM data integrity through constant updates of opportunities, contacts, accounts, and sales visit reports;
- Perform 90-day post-sales follow-up calls for customer success and upselling;
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
- ~5 years of proven success in internal sales or equivalent experience;
- Expertise in selling high-tech equipment and software B2B solutions with long and complex sales cycles;
- Ability to work with a CRM (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office suite;
- Bilingual English and French;
- Access to training programs on cutting-edge products and processes;
