**Mission**:
Within the central Talent EMEA department, the intern will support deploying processes, tools, and recurring or newly created programs within EMEA and Asia/Pacific. He/she may participate in or lead certain working groups linked to the transformation of the HR function.
**Main Responsibilities**:
You will work on challenges that count:
1. Structuring and planning the deployment of people processes within the Business Unit, in liaison with the HR community.
2. Train new recruits in people processes, provide support during roll-outs, and intervene where necessary in certain zones.
3. Consolidate data on talent reviews, development and training initiatives.
4. Respond to Group reporting requests and monitor KPIs.
**Profile**:
- 4 or 5 years' higher education: Master's degree or higher in Human Resources,
- Organizational skills, autonomy and rigor,
- Proactive and dynamic,
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit,
- Curiosity and ability to work in a matrix and international organization,
- Proficiency in office automation tools,
- Professional English.
