Assurées par des spécialistes connaissant parfaitement l’ensemble des lignes de métier, les fonctions centrales se répartissent en divers départements: Communication, Compliance, Finances, Ressources humaines, Sécurité de l’information, Audit interne, Juridique, Organisation, Risques et Fiscalité.- Nous recherchons un HR Operations Coordinator (Europe) pour rejoindre la Banque Pictet & Cie (Europe) AG, succursale de Paris.**Votre rôle**:

- Vous serez sous la responsabilité du _Head of HR Europe_ et du _Head of HR Service Delivery_ du Groupe. En tant qu’_HR Operations Coordinator (Europe)_, votre rôle principal sera de:
- Assumer au quotidien les activités opérationnelles des Ressources humaines pour nos filiales françaises, belges et néerlandaises.
- Coordonner les opérations et gérer l'équipe _HR Service Delivery_ Europe (basée à Luxembourg).
- Agir en tant que facilitateur entre la communauté européenne opérationnelle des Ressources Humaines et les équipes_ HR Service Delivery_ et _Rewards_ du groupe.
- Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec toutes les parties prenantes au Luxembourg, en Europe et à Genève pour assurer l'alignement des opérations RH avec les missions du Département.- Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes:
- **Expert opérationnel **et personne de référence pour toutes les activités de paie et d'administration des avantages sociaux liées aux filiales françaises, belges et néerlandaises. Plus précisément:

- Exécuter la paie mensuelle, en collaboration avec notre prestataire externe.
- Prendre en charge tous les événements du cycle de vie des employés (embauche, départ, retraite).
- Gérer les leasings automobiles, le cas échéant.
- Inscrire/désinscrire le personnel à tous les régimes d'avantages sociaux (assurance maladie, régimes de retraite, plans de participation aux bénéfices).
- Gérer les processus RH spécifiques à chaque sites (France, Belgique, Pays-Bas), notamment, RTT, PERCOL, PEE, CERFA, etc.
- Connaître la réglementation locale de manière approfondie en ce qui concerne la paie et l'impôt sur le revenu, sur une base continue et en se tenant informé de tous les changements réglementaires.
- Améliorer continuellement tous les processus opérationnels.
- ** Coordination et gestion** de l'équipe _HR Service Delivery_ basée au Luxembourg:

- Prioriser les tickets Jira et les répartir entre les membres de l'équipe.
- Agir en tant que personne de référence pour tous les problèmes opérationnels affectant l'équipe des opérations RH responsables des entités européennes.
- **_Community leader_**:

- Représenter l'équipe européenne _HR Service Delivery_ dans les projets RH liés à vos domaines d'expertise.
- Gérer les parties prenantes RH locales et du Groupe : _COO_ locaux, _Group Compensation Advisory Services_, _HR Business Partners_, _HR Risk and Compliance_, et _HR Project Management_.
- Alignement sur les priorités RH du Groupe ainsi que sur les progrès réalisés.

**Votre profil**:

- Cinq à dix ans d'expérience dans une fonction RH similaire et dans un environnement international.
- Capacité à naviguer aisément dans un environnement complexe, rapide et interconnecté.

**Connaissances/compétences techniques**:

- Expertise approfondie des opérations RH : paie, administration des Benefits et des avantages sociaux, etc.
- Connaissance approfondie du droit du travail français et des conventions collectives françaises, ainsi que des connaissances de base en droit belge et néerlandais.
- Bonne connaissance du droit du travail luxembourgeois.
- Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais et du français ; la connaissance de l'allemand serait un réel atout.
- Utilisateur confirmé de MS Office.
- Disponibilité pour des déplacements en Europe, ainsi qu'au siège à Genève.
