Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Technical Operations Support passionné(e) et dévoué(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe Tech dynamique où vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la garantie du bon fonctionnement de nos opérations techniques et en contribuant à la stabilité de nos systèmes.

Au sein de l’équipe Tech, vos principales missions seront:

- Répondre aux demandes de support technique des utilisateurs internes.
- Résoudre rapidement et efficacement les incidents techniques.
- Mettre en place des outils de surveillance pour assurer la stabilité des systèmes.
- Participer à la maintenance préventive pour éviter les interruptions non planifiées.
- Collaborer avec les équipes de développement, d’infrastructure et de sécurité pour résoudre les problèmes complexes.
- Assurer une coordination efficace entre les différentes équipes techniques.
- Identifier et mettre en œuvre des opportunités d’automatisation pour améliorer l’efficacité opérationnelle.
- Maintenir une documentation précise des procédures opérationnelles et des configurations système.
- Fournir des sessions de formation aux utilisateurs sur les nouvelles fonctionnalités et les meilleures pratiques opérationnelles.
- Participer à la planification et à la mise en œuvre de changements techniques, en minimisant les risques.
- Diagnostiquer et résoudre efficacement les problèmes techniques pour assurer la continuité des opérations.

**Profil recherché**
- Diplôme en informatique, génie informatique ou expérience équivalente.
- Expérience démontrée dans un rôle de support technique ou opérationnel.
- Compétences en automatisation et en résolution de problèmes.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en collaboration.

**Déroulement des entretiens**

Un entretien sera organisé avec David le CTO et un membre de l’équipe Tech afin de te présenter le projet, évaluer tes compétences techniques et valider le fit réciproque (mindset, valeurs ).
