Le Groupe Septeo recrute pour sa filiale Septeo SIJE** un(e)** **Customer Success Manager H/F, **basé(e) à Courbevoie (92).

**Votre mission**:
**Ce que nous pouvons accomplir ensemble**:
Rattaché(e) à la Responsable Customer Success basée à Courbevoie, vous assurez le suivi des clients qui vous sont attribués. Vous veillerez à maintenir un excellent niveau de satisfaction.

Votre quotidien:

- Veiller à la satisfaction des utilisateurs au quotidien (en français et en anglais).
- Réaliser les sessions de formation sur nos modules destinés aux services juridiques à distance.
- Renseigner et mettre à jour le CRM afin d’y consigner toutes les informations relatives aux comptes et contacts.
- Effectuer les rendez-vous clients en s'assurant que les solutions sont à jours vers les dernières versions.
- Recueillir, comprendre et apporter une solution aux attentes fonctionnelles exprimées par les clients (R&D, Formations, Commerce ).

**Profil requis**:
**Et si on parlait de vous ?**
- Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’un bac +2/3 et vous justifiez de 2 années d’expériences minimum dans une fonction de gestion/satisfaction de clientèle, idéalement dans le secteur des logiciels ou services informatiques B2B.
- Orienté(e) satisfaction client, vous avez un bon relationnel et un sens du travail en équipe.
- Vous maitrisez l’anglais et êtes capable d'animer des réunions avec des interlocuteurs anglophones.

- Un échange téléphonique avec un(e) Chargé(e) de recrutement,
- Un premier rendez-vous visio avec votre futur Manager et la partie RH,
- Un dernier rendez-vous sur site avec votre futur N+2.
- Rémunération fixe + variable + mutuelle familiale prise en charge à 100% + RTT + carte swile._
