- ** WHAT YOU WILL DO**
Pilot and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
and market trends.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration,
and excellence.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and executive teams to ensure alignment and
support for marketing initiatives including new products launches.
- Utilize market research and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize marketing
efforts for maximum impact and ROI.
- Support our brand positioning and drive brand awareness and thought leadership
through targeted marketing activities (the Retention Club),positioning Adikteev as a
leader in the Adtech industry and, more particularly, in the User Retention business.
- **WHO YOU ARE**
You will be a good t to join the Marketing team at Adikteev if you:
- Have a proven experience (5 years) in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably within the Adtech industry.
- Exhibit a strong expertise in product marketing: a MUST for this position, coupled with a deep understanding of technology solutions and customer needs in the Adtech space.
- Can showcase success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
- Have experience managing and inspiring cross-functional marketing teams.
- Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally. An excellent command of English (in speech and writing) is mandatory.
- Demonstrate a strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
