**PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES**

Intelligent Spend Management is one of the cloud pillars of SAP which helps organizations transform their procurement functions to become a key differentiator to their businesses. EMEA North is one of the largest regions of SAP ISM with a strong customer portfolio. The business management function in ISM EMEA N is responsible for business development, execution, growth and customer success. In line with the LACE model, the function ensures that we build the right demand, through the right channels, execute flawlessy and ensure customer succcess. The function also looks at growth strategy, identifying routes to market and then executing upon them.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**

ISBN EMEA N Business Development Associate will work on strategic growth initiatives for the region, in collaboration with sales, solution advisory, value advisory, partner management and the regional COO office. The role would entail defining growth programs, identifying measures of success and program managing execution. As a part of the ISM business management office, the role would provide executive exposure and interaction at SAP.

The Business Development Associate supports efforts to identify and execute on strategic growth opportunities. Develop ROI-based business models to evaluate opportunities. Gather business intelligence and perform competitive analysis to uncover new opportunities. Helps market effectively and measure success of the operational and strategic plan for both Software and Cloud environments cross
- industry and customer segment

**Area 1**:Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and manage project engagements. Evaluate the economic and strategic costs and benefits of partnerships and work with management to execute on the relationships. Incorporate our competitive advantage including the key reasons customers and prospects would leverage cloud deployment models and other innovative technologies to achieve strategic business objectives.

**Area 2**: Analyze and evaluate complex business transactions to ensure that all relevant aspects are identified. Perform due diligence on projections and historic data in vetting the assumptions associated with new opportunities.
