**Customer Success Manager (H/F)**
Dydu est le leader en France des plateformes d’IA conversationnelle depuis plus de 13 ans. Grâce à nos solutions, nous aidons nos clients (CAC 40, PME, Collectivités...) à créer, déployer et administrer des bots très rapidement et simplement.Les cas d’utilisation sont nombreux et variés, du suivi de consommation d'énergie électrique ou gaz à la pose de congés dans un intranet.Présent à Paris et à Bordeaux, Dydu garde à cœur le bien-être de ses salariés.Avec actuellement une trentaine de collaborateurs, bienveillance, esprit d'équipe et partage font partie des valeurs de l'entreprise.Vous êtes à la recherche d'un nouveau défi et souhaites évoluer dans un environnement innovant et dynamique ? **Les missions**:
Au sein de l’équipe Opérations, composée des Chefs de Projets et des Customer Success Managers, sous la responsabilité du Directeur des Projets, vous aurez les missions suivantes en tant que Customer Success Manager:
**Suivi de projet**:
Gestion d’un portefeuille d’entreprises clientes une fois la solution mise en place, et valorisation des prestations d’accompagnement
Organisation et animation des réunions de suivi de projets : comité de pilotage, comités de projets, ateliers spécifiques, formations
Analyse des performances et recommandations auprès des clients
Gestion des incidents
Suivi des évolutions
**Développement des comptes clients**:
Proposition d’améliorations
Participation à l’élaboration des devis
Suivi de la facturation
**Amélioration des process**:
Contribution à la rédaction des documentations fonctionnelles
Proposition d’amélioration Produit
Participation à des chantiers transverses pour améliorer les process
**Profil recherché**:
Diplomé d’une école d’ingénieur, de commerce ou équivalence universitaire, vous avez au moins 5 ans d’expérience auprès de clients BtoB, idéalement dans une entreprise de logiciel SaaS, sur des postes similaires.
Vous êtes rigoureux et organisé.
Vous avez un excellent relationnel, et une maîtrise de la relation client.
Vous avez une appétence commerciale.
Vous savez vous adapter à différentes audiences techniques ou métier, intégrer des enjeux business dans des fonctionnalités digitales et expliquer simplement des concepts techniques grâce à des facilités de communication orales et écrites.
