**Aperçu**: Nous recherchons un Lead Customer Success Manager (H/F) pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique et contribuer à la satisfaction de nos clients. **Responsabilités**: - Gérer une équipe de Customer Success Managers pour garantir un service client exceptionnel - Développer des stratégies pour fidéliser et développer la base de clients existante - Assurer la réussite des clients en les accompagnant dans l'utilisation de nos services financiers - Collaborer avec les équipes de vente pour maximiser les opportunités sur le marché - Utiliser des outils tels que Salesforce pour suivre et améliorer les interactions avec les clients **Exigences**: - Expérience antérieure dans un rôle de service client ou de vente - Connaissance du secteur des services financiers et du SaaS - Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion de la relation client - Capacité à motiver et à encadrer une équipe - Esprit analytique pour identifier les opportunités de croissance et améliorer les processus Cette opportunité offre un environnement stimulant, des possibilités d'évolution professionnelle et la chance de travailler avec une équipe passionnée.
