**Ce qui vous attend**:
En tant que Field Marketing Director, vous serez responsable de la stratégie et de l'exécution des initiatives marketing pour soutenir les objectifs commerciaux de l'entreprise.

En étroite collaboration avec Marie Gannau, Head of Marketing, vous accompagnerez une équipe de trois personnes pour vous aider dans la réalisation de vos missions.

**Votre rôle au sein de cette équipe**:

- **Collaboration avec les équipes Sales & Marketing** : Vous travaillez avec les équipes de vente et les SDR (Sales Development Representative) pour définir les plans d'action et les KPIs pertinents afin de favoriser la croissance des ventes sur le terrain. Cela passe aussi par l’appui de l’équipe marketing (brand/content/product/acquisition) qui permet de générer des leads qualifiés et d’accroitre la notoriété de la marque.
- **Stratégie & KPIs** : Votre rôle consiste à élaborer des plans marketing efficaces alignés sur les objectifs commerciaux, à coordonner les activités sur le terrain et à mesurer l'impact de ces initiatives pour maximiser le retour sur investissement. Vous connaissez le marché, ce qui vous permet d’identifier les segments clés et les opportunités de croissance pour définir les priorités sur le terrain. Vous analysez les données et les résultats des campagnes à chaque étape du funnel pour identifier les opportunités d'optimisation et les recommandations d'amélioration. Un budget vous sera confié afin de vous permettre de mener des campagnes marketing efficaces. Il sera alors de votre ressort de gérer ce budget alloué.
- **Développement de partenariats et relations clients**: Afin de renforcer la notoriété et d’accéder à de nouveaux marchés, vous identifiez et établissez des partenariats stratégiques avec des acteurs clés de l’industrie. Vous cultivez également des relations solides avec les clients existants et vous aidez à l’organisation des événements clients toujours dans une optique de croissance pour Oodrive.
- **Outils**: Les équipes Sales et le Service travaillent au quotidien avec Salesforce et pour le marketing automation on utilise Hubspot.

**Votre futur manager** : Marie a plus de 15 ans d’expérience dans la définition de stratégies Marketing dans la vente de solutions SaaS.

- **Connaissances du marché**: Vous avez d’excellentes connaissances du marketing SaaS B2B pour être en mesure d’établir rapidement une stratégie efficace et en lien avec nos objectifs business. Aussi, vous faites preuve de curiosité et avez un intérêt prononcé pour la culture du numérique, de la cybersécurité et du cloud pour affiner vos connaissances des enjeux de notre secteur.
- **Esprit d’équipe** : Vous disposez d’une certaine capacité à collaborer efficacement avec les équipes commerciales et les divers départements clés pour vous permettre de réussir à générer davantage de business. Vous êtes à l’aise dans l’accompagnement de collaborateurs afin de faire monter en compétences votre équipe.
- **Analyse**: Un bon esprit d’analyse vous aidera à piloter vos projets tout en gérant votre budget et suivre vos KPIs.
- **International**: Vous réaliserez des campagnes markéting à destination de marchés étrangers. Pour cela vous êtes à l’aise en anglais à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
