**Vos missions**:
Intégré à l’équipe commerciale,
Votre rôle sera:
Expertise:
- Maîtrise fonctionnelle du produit
- Connaissance des concurrents
- Etablissement de scénarios de démonstration
- Connaissance de business cases
- Actualiser ses connaissances produits, cas d’usage et évolutions concurrentielles
Relation client:
- Ecouter le client
- Clarifier ses besoins
- Apporter des réponses pragmatiques
Support aux équipes commerciales:
- Soutenance - une attention sera apportée sur la capacité à faire des présentations convaincantes (capacité d’écoute, de reformulation, d’expertise)
- Revue des réponses aux cahiers des charges, notamment concernant les éléments techniques fonctionnels
- Assurer les démos personnalisées et les ateliers type POC
- Participer occasionnellement aux événements DiliTrust
**Profil recherché**:
