Role Summary
Under direction of the Post Facility / SRP Manager, the SRP Assistant is responsible for assisting/delivering the management of staff residential properties (SRP) in compliance with client guidelines and relevant health and safety legislation. This role will provide advice to management on the leased property portfolio within allocated resources. This role will ensure that the Residential operation complies with relevant building statutory requirements and build good working relationships with various stakeholders and customer of the services. This role will provide a proactive, customer first service that delivers a positive customer experience.

**The SRP Assistant will be responsible for**:
Assisting in the management of leased residential properties and building and maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships
Providing the single point ownership and assistance for the customers in the properties under your remit
Provide advice, assistance and recommendations to Account Management team in relation to the local leased residential property market
Provide assistance to Moving In and Moving Out of customer staff on residential property matters and act as liaison with real estate brokers and landlords
Prepare lease documentation as required
Maintain electronic records on residential property matters, including up-to-date lists of service and maintenance suppliers
Ensure that staff residential properties offer suitable amenities and security for staff and their families that meet established HSE regulations and customer guidelines, standards and rental beacons.
Support activities to manage the residential estate budget including providing relevant reports for budget forecasting and monitoring
Ensure relevant contracts are in place for planned maintenance and delivery of services
Oversee general upkeep and emergency/crisis management plans; communicate with Facilities Management team as necessary identifying any problems or issues
Deliver high standards of customer service and being responsive to staff needs and requests
Assist with other duties such as logístical support for official visits including coordination of resources as required
Core Competencies
The SRP Coordinator will demonstrate the following competencies:
Knowledge of Health and Safety standards, fire and electrical safety
Knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office software and residential property management software
Understanding of relevant building statutory requirements
Strong organisational skills, with good attention to detail and an ability to work independently; including the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and respond to challenges
Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with contacts from a range of backgrounds
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Organised and able to effectively deal with challenging situations with strong customer centric approach
Resourceful, professional and friendly
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from senior level management, clients, tenants, suppliers and peers
Experience
3 years’ experience in residential property management or related role such as Property Project Management
