As an
** HR Business Partner (People Development Manager)**, you will join the People Experience department responsible for building a fast-growing team to support Qonto's ambitions

You will support Qonto's growth by being a strategic partner and suggesting new People Development action plans, which will develop employees' engagement and the company’s talent retention.

**As an HR Business Partner (People Development Manager) at Qonto, you will**
- **Be the point of contact for teams and managers**, from their onboarding and for the rest of their time at the company.
- **Provide HR guidance on a daily basis,** resolve complex situations and collaborate on People Development topics (performance, career, training, ways of working...)
- **Build and deploy HR initiatives** that will impact the entire organization (Engagement Survey, Training Programs, Performance Reviews...)
- **Drive continuous improvement** by making sure our People system, initiatives, and processes, answer business needs

**What you can expect**
- You will be working with different stakeholders, on key HR topics
- You will work closely with our People team within an international environment
- You will work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on quality

**About You**
- **Experience**: You have a first significant experience as an HR Project Manager, HR Generalist, HRBP, or similar
- **Ownership**: You can successfully lead projects from A to Z
- **Creativity**: You are proactive in proposing and implementing new concepts, in a fast-paced environment that demands constant innovation
- **Communication**: You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- **Languages**: You speak both French and English
- **Education**: You have a French Master's or equivalent degree in Human Resources Management, Marketing, or in a relevant field
