**The Job**
As a HR Generalist you will be focusing on steering a team of 2 HR Business Partners and being responsible for the planning, implementation and execution of all HR services in all HR domains within your perimeter, being Worldline Financial Services, servicing about 850 employees. You report to the Head of HR for Worldline Financial Services and will be a member of the international HR Financial Services team.
**Roles and responsibilities**
- Strategic Partner and Trusted Advisor
- Represent the HR function and perimeter in France to management and the international HR team
- Translate the Global and France FS business strategy into an HR action plan and deploy it
- Ensure that all Company’s projects and initiatives are appropriately communicated and implemented (in local language, culture)
- Advice management on legal and HR aspects and manage employee relations matters
- Represent when relevant FS France in the France UES social meetings or councils
- HR Champion
- Drive all HR aspects linked to the employee life cycle
- Resource planning and acquisition of talents
- Drive compensations processes (bonus, increases)
- Talent Management activities including developing and retaining top talent
- Drive talent excellence within business/function supported. Influence business leaders to make the right talent decisions regarding performance
- Drive Provisional training plan (budget, arbitration, strategic targets)
- Manage exit processes for staff ( dismissal, Resignation, Conventional break)
- HR Functional Capability Builder
- Contribute to Global FS and WL Group HR initiatives
- Drive process and role clarity, understanding and proficiency within HR for all key HR processes. Effectively communicate in the business to achieve the desired process outcomes
- Deploy if any the relevant specific HR Processes for FS in France
- Specify for these deployments the relevant request to the France HR shared services (People Development, Workforce management, Recruitment, C&B, HR Admin Services) and utilize them in good cooperation spirit
- Key interface between HR France, HR shared services and global operational management to oversee the implementation and delivery of all key HR initiatives
- Manages and coaches the HR BPs of his/her perimeter and facilitates higher levels of employee engagement by training and coaching to be more effective
- Collaborates effectively with other HR partners in and outside France to deliver timely, relevant, and consistent HR services and solutions
- Change Agent
- Support Global FS and France FS management for re-organization design and implementation
- Coach and facilitate the business through the appropriate change management steps to ensure successful execution of key business initiatives and projects
- Help the business understand and value the importance of effective change management
- Build the business capacity and willingness to change through knowledge sharing and communication. Help employees see the bigger context
- Constantly identify and suggest better ways to organize work and people to deliver on business strategies and improve results
**What do you have to offer?**
- Experience and Skills
- Experienced HR professional with 8 years’ experience in all main processes
- Passionate about people and business improvement
- Knows how to work in a matrix environment with Country HR Operations and Global Business line. Experience in a leadership liaison role, particularly between Corporate and field-based functions
- Sound HR knowledge in the areas of employee relations, performance management and learning and development
- Change management experience (growth, restructuring, acquisition)
- French and English fluent
- Ethics and values
- Management skills
