Suite à un départ naturel donnant lieu à une progression interne, **nous créons un poste de Quotation & Purchasing Manager** pour l'industrialisation de nos nouveaux produits (NPI).

Description du poste
Directement **rattaché au VP Achats** de LACROIX Electronics, votre responsabilité principale sera de garantir la compétitivité de nos offres, leur qualité leur fiabilité et leur remise en temps et en heure.
Pour ce faire, vous aurez le support d’une **équipe de 19 personnes, dont 5 vous reportant directement.** Cette équipe internationale a des missions réparties autour des sujets de
- Quotation (5 personnes)
- New Products Industrialisation (14 personnes)
**Vos principales missions**:
- Responsabilité des quotations établies au niveau des devis ainsi que de la mise en production,
- Echanges avec des fournisseurs variés et internationaux,
- Coordination avec les équipes achats de notre activité aux USA en vue de synergies achats,
- Validation des chiffrages,
- Accompagnement des équipes, montée en compétences vers les achats,
- Structuration des données, outils et process en vue d’améliorer la standardisation de nos pratiques et d’établir des KPI communs et consolidés.
**Qualifications**:
**Le profil que nous recherchons**:
- Vous avez impérativement une expérience aboutie dans les achats et dans le management d'équipe.
- Idéalement, vous connaissez l'industrie électronique.
- Votre parcours peut être achats mais aussi NPI; sales (avec une orientation technique), issu de l'ingénierie : dans tous les cas, il vous confère l'expertise nécessaire à l'accompagnement de l'équipe.
- Pugnacité, goût pour la négociation et curiosité sont des traits de personnalité que nous recherchonS;
- Vous savez aussi être à l'écoute de vos équipes et les faire progresser.
