NBtech recherche dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, un(e) Chargé(e) d'affaires pour rejoindre une équipe en développement sur le pôle diversification et ses activités en développement dans les domaines énergétiques, pharmaceutiques, défenses, aéronautiques, ferroviaires et maintenances.

Sous la supervision du responsable de pôle, vous aurez pour principale mission:
**Commerce**:

- Fidélisation des clients existants
- Apporter des solutions techniques et humaines sur les projets confiés
- Suivi des prestations

**Recrutements (75% de l'activité)**:

- Création de fiche de postes,
- Entretien de qualification sur le savoir-être et le savoir-faire,
- Création des dossiers techniques
- Etablissement des propositions contractuelles

**Management**:

- Management des collaborateurs en mission chez les clients
- Réalisation de visite sur sites
- Répondre aux différentes demandes administratives
- Réaliser les entretiens annuels d'activités

De formation bac + 2/3, vous justifiez d'une expérience idéalement en recrutement et avez un bon sens du relationnel.

Vous êtes réactifs et organisé
