As a Growth Marketing Manager you will support our expansion. You’ll be expected to work fast, take bold and decisive action and have a relentless focus on driving revenue.
Surfe is on a mission to transform the way salespeople interact with their CRM. By elevating the role of the SDR, improving productivity, powering sales, we are driving profitability for businesses worldwide. Surfe serves 15k+ users, raised 4M€ in funding, handles deals ranging from 1k€ to 150k€ a year, generates 80% of revenue from no-touch product offering, has 30% of our client base US based. Our team & mindset are international.
What you will do
Go beyond the boundaries of what you think is possible and develop creative approaches to sourcing marketing pipeline. Work iteratively and learn fast to design, build and execute demand generation focused campaigns. Pre-empt changes in the market and work closely with the product team to maximise the impact of feature launches.
**Examples of responsibilities include**:
- Build a deep understanding of our ICP/personas, identify and prioritize growth opportunities
- Build and fine-tune performant revenue funnels
- Ensure a streamlined and efficient flow between our acquisition channels
- Work closely with sales, CSM and product team to ensure lead followups, onboarding and retention
- Build databases of highly relevant leads
Minimum Qualifications
- Highly detailed and structured approach
- Analytical mindset and result-driven approach to projects
- Creative thinking
- Experience working with product and sales teams and an understanding of sales processes
- Experience in complex project management (demonstrated ability to marshall people, resources, budgets to hit objectives & timelines)
- Exceptional communication skills, ability to comfortably interface with all levels of management and to communicate cross-functionally in a structured and clear manner to influence outcomes
Preferred Experience
- Experience defining and launching successful multi-channel demand generation campaigns (in a B2B environment)
- Skilled communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills, including both professional and casual style of communication
- Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities, with the ability to run analysis, track metrics and optimise performance
- Proven experience driving growth in product-led / self-serve SaaS startups
- Collaboration experience with product teams, aligning marketing activities with product roadmap
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive or similar), marketing automation, analytics tools and tracking tools to assess campaign effectiveness
- Proven commitment to continuous optimization, adapting strategies based on data-driven insights and demonstrated ability to stay ahead of industry trends to bring innovative ideas
