With 6 commercial offices (China, France, Brazil, USA and Canada) and 4 production facilities in Italy, USA, Algeria and China, the Group is highly international.

Located at our headquarters La Défense and reporting directly to the Sales Area Manager, you will interacts with:

- The Sales & Marketing department for the definition of the commercial strategy
- The Technical Assistance department and our local representatives to optimise business development opportunities in your area
- The Planning, Trade Finance and Customer Services departments for the preparation and negotiation of offers
- The Project Management & Sales Administration department during the order execution phase

The travel time abroad is estimated at approximatively 40% to 50%.

**Mission**

You will develop the order intake in your area, respecting our values and standards in terms of ethics and compliance. You will participate in defining the commercial strategy for your area and maintain the business relationships of the network of local representatives. You will coordinate the preparation of offers and negotiate commercial contracts.

**Responsibilities**
- You will carry out all your responsibilities by implementing and maintaining a culture of ethics and compliance in line with our values and standards, both in your practices and those of our business partners.
- You will achieve the annual targets set for your area: Order intake and margins, Monitor the need for bank guarantees (advance payment bank guarantee and performance bonds), Invoicing, Collection of payments within the defined deadlines.
- You will participate in defining the sales strategy and action plan for your area: Growth of the customer base, Maintain the existing/loyal customers in your area, Prospecting for new opportunities via different sales channels.
- You will develop, manage and lead a network of local representatives.
- In conjunction with the Technical Assistance department, you will guide our customers in the choice of technical solutions and carry out product training.
- You will prepare offers in conjunction with the Customer Services department, present and argue the offers with the support of Technical Assistance and negotiate prices and terms and conditions.
- You will ensure the continuity of the customer relationship throughout the execution of the contracts.
- You will collect feedback from our customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- You will be responsible for the collection of market information in conjunction with the Sales & Marketing department.

**Profile**
- Master’s degree in business and/or engineering,
- 5-10 years of experience in the commercial development of products or technical services within an international sales area, (Middle-east or Africa is prefered)
- Knowledge of the Utilities and IPPs and the related tendering processes will be a plus,
- Experience of international contracts in industrial or EPC (Engineering - Procurement - Contracting) companies, primarily in energy-related fields,
- You have experience of using CRM and ERP, such as Salesforce and SAP.
- You have a strong personality and charisma, you are a team player and have good communication skills and can easily work in a multicultural environment, internally and externally,
- French and English fluent required.
- Arabic is nice to have.
