Conscient de la stratégie globale, son rôle est stratégique avec les clients et toutes les parties prenantes internes et externes. En collaboration avec l'équipe commerciale, le ou la Sales Area Technician propose et met en œuvre la stratégie technique pour les Sales Areas. Il ou elle doit ensuite la structurer, la présenter lors des réunions. Il ou elle est ensuite responsable de la mise en œuvre de ces actions.
Le travail se fait "sur le terrain", les compétences manuelles sont très importantes (installationdes maquettes à taille réelle).
Planification, préparation, et exécution en totale autonomie des projets d'essais.
Conseil technique, soutien proactif en matière de réclamation et de formation des départements internes et externes (France, Italie, Espagne et Afrique) et des clients externes (y compris l'expertise sur les exigences techniques).
Vous serez, entre autres, amené(e) à effectuer les missions suivantes:
- Préparer, coordonner et installer de manière pratique les maquettes et les cadres de test sur le lieu de l'essai ;
- Planifier, préparer et reprendre de manière autonome les projets ;
- Réaliser des essais dans des instituts nationaux et internationaux ;
- Communiquer avec les clients, les partenaires systèmes, les instituts (laboratoires d'essais) et les autorités (organismes certifiés, autorités locales de construction) ;
- Elaborer des plans d'essais, des dessins techniques et des documentations techniques (AutoCad) ;
- Assistance technique des grands projets ;
- Collaborer activement avec les techniciens (internes/externes), les collègues et les clients ;
- Participer à la prescription technique ainsi que nos offres techniques en rencontrant les clients ;
- Former sur site les fournisseurs de systèmes et parties prenantes clés (architectes, clients ) ;
- Mettre à jour les outils internes ;
- Participer, dans le cadre de lancement de nouveaux produits ;
- Rédiger, mettre à jour la documentation spécifique applicable ;
- Gérer les réclamations.
**EHS**:
- Être personnellement responsable de la sécurité, de la santé et de l’environnement dans le cadre de son travail et selon ses connaissances et son expérience ;
- Participer activement aux formations internes sur la sécurité au travail ;
- Exercer son droit de parole (par exemple, achats d’équipements de protection individuelle EPI, propositions d’amélioration)
**Ce poste est-il fait pour vous ?**
Vous possédez un diplôme d’Ingénieur ou équivalent (construction ou métal de préférence).
Vous êtes une personne rigoureuse, méthodique avec une bonne capacité d’analyse et de synthèse.
Compétences commerciales et de négociation sont également importantes.

Anglais courant obligatoire (Espagnol et ou Italien serait un +).
