Role Overview

As part of the Finance department within the Justice and Public Safety (JPS) Business Line of the IPS IDEMIA Public Security Division, you will join a dynamic team of four, working in an international setting.

Key Responsibilities

Assist and provide insights to Pre-sales and Sales Managers in developing proposals: including costing, pricing strategies, financing options, payment conditions, foreign exchange considerations, and legal frameworksEngage in negotiations with clients and partnersSupport the project team in bid preparation, modeling Profit and Loss and cash-flow statementsWork alongside Division Treasury to optimize financing and mitigate financial risks, ensuring accurate inputs are reflected in business case modelingCollaborate with the Legal team to assess the legal implications of contract termsCreate and maintain business case templates (Profit and Loss and cash-flow statements) for various categories, ensuring project teams globally utilize them correctlyManage financial architect responsibilities for small to medium complexity deals independently

Candidate Profile

Master's degree (BAC+5) from a recognized business or engineering school with a focus on finance 3 to 8 years of relevant experience preferred Proficient in Excel with strong financial modeling capabilities Familiarity with international accounting standards, particularly IFRS 15 Awareness of related areas: Tax regulations, INCOTERMS, Treasury management, Consolidation, etc. Comprehension of the tender process, especially its legal and commercial dimensions Understanding of key challenges in project execution Demonstrated leadership qualities and a proactive approach to proposal development Accountable for the accuracy of financial data presented to management Commitment to pre-sales processes and achieving Margin and Cash objectives Strong analytical and communication skills for effective interactions and presentations to senior management Fluency in English is essential, with prior experience in a multinational organization being advantageous
