Key Responsibilities- Order Management: Be responsible for daily order loading, quote preparation, and order processing.
- Sales Support: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, and assist the sales team in generating quotes and proposals to meet sales targets.
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Client Communication: Prioritize and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Collaboration: Develop strong relationships with internal sales teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
