**Descrizione del ruolo**:
**Tes missions**:

- En tant que HR Business Partner, tu intégreras l’équipe HRBP France et tu seras directement rattaché au HR manager. Afin d’accompagner la croissance de Doctolib, tu te positionnes comme un véritable partenaire des équipes opérationnelles en France.
Tes responsabilités incluent mais ne sont pas limitées à:

Accompagnement et coaching des managers de proximité dans le suivi des actions RH (questions RH, conseils pour la résolution de problématiques managériales,...)
- Interlocuteur privilégié des salariés de ta population en France (questions RH diverses, parcours de carrière..)
- Coordination avec l’équipe chargée du recrutement (embauches/mobilités) et l’équipe paie et administration du personnel
- Être garant de la qualité des données RH dans le SIRH (Workday) en lien avec les différents services internes (Onboarding, IT, facilities )
- Suivi des échéances (période d’essai/probatoire, congé maternité, congé parental d’éducation,)
- Contribution à des projets avec le business ou avec les autres équipes People.

- Tu pourrais être le prochain membre de notre équipe si tu:

Tu es diplômé.e d’une école de commerce ou d’une université avec une spécialisation RH,
- Tu as au moins 2 ans d’expérience sur un poste de généraliste RH / HRBP junior,
- Tu as une grande capacité d’écoute et tu es force de proposition,
- Tu parles anglais couramment,
- Tu possèdes des connaissances Excel et SIRH solides,

- Prise de poste : Mars - Septembre 2024 (6 mois)
- Rémunération : fixe et variable trimestriel sur objectifs (à définir selon profil)
- Ce poste est éligible au télétravail partiel
