Composée d'une centaine de collaborateurs, nous retrouvons sur paris la moitié des effectifs en postes support et le reste de l'équipe sont des professionnels de la santé en région (psychologues pour la plupart).

**Mission**:
**Votre mission : Accélérer la croissance et porter nos solutions de santé mentale
En tant que Sales Development Representative (SDR), vous jouerez un rôle clé dans notre équipe commerciale, en collaboration directe avec notre Directeur du Développement Commercial.
Votre mission principale ? Identifier et prospecter de nouveaux clients, engager une relation de confiance et présenter les solutions de santé mentale au travail. Vous serez l’architecte de la stratégie d’acquisition et de fidélisation, de la prospection jusqu’aux prises de RDV pour la team sales.
Vos responsabilités incluent:
- Construire et gérer une base de données de prospects via des outils spécifiques.
- Développer une stratégie de prospection performante et qualifiée, allant de l'acquisition à la fidélisation clients.
- Qualifier les leads entrants et identifier les opportunités de vente.
- Comprendre les besoins des prospects et identifier les potentiels points bloquants (décideurs, budget, timing), et jouer un rôle de conseil auprès des clients.
- Assurer un suivi de vos clients pour maximiser leur satisfaction et leur fidélisation.
- Participer à l’élaboration de propositions commerciales et à la négociation des contrats, être capable de proposer des services ou des produits additionnel (up-sell et cross-sell).
- Contribuer activement à la croissance du chiffre d’affaires et à l'amélioration des processus internes.

**Profil**:
Vous êtes diplômé.e d’un Bac+3 à Bac+5 en école de commerce ou à l’université et disposez d’une première expérience en vente. Vous êtes à l’aise avec les techniques commerciales, maîtrisez les outils CRM, et êtes prêt.e à faire la différence dans un environnement collaboratif.
