We are looking for Business Area Manager for a leading company in bituminous waterproofing in Couchelettes.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales of technical products.
- Knowledge / Experience in Civil Engineering, with preference given to applicants with relevant experience or contacts in the industries of mining, irrigation, landfill, hydroelectric and oil and gas sectors.
- Foreign Languages: fluent English, both written and speaking. Other European languages as the advantage.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop sales plans to increase the level of sales in the territory,
- Review the level of activity of existing clients and develop and implement strategies of loyalty and penetration of new markets,
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, distributors, installers and all prospects and other important organizations in the industry to seize opportunities, establish lasting and profitable relationships for the group with all stakeholders,
- Provide technical presentations at industry conferences and events to enhance the visibility of the product and service line,
- Do commercial prospecting,
- Develop commercial and financial proposals and participate in trade negotiations in collaboration with the group’s team and its hierarchy,
- Provide technical support for the development of customized solutions,
- Follow the construction sites and make sure that they run smoothly,
- Communicate regularly and effectively with the Export Director on the actions carried out and planned as well as on the successes and any difficulties encountered.

**Conditions**
- The position is based in France.
- Approximately 50% of travel is associated with this position.
- Annual bonus on successfully reaching sales targets.
