The Role and What You’ll Do:
We are looking for an experienced & passionate National Olympic Comitee (NOC) & National Paralympic Comitee (NPC) Marketing Manager to join our team and help us deliver marketing partnerships for the Olympic and Paralympic Games Paris 2024 Hospitality Program.

Marketing Strategy, Planning & delivery
- Define the overall NOCs & NPCs marketing strategy, in collaboration with internal and external teams, with the aim of leveraging partnerships and promoting the hospitality program and its products to B2B and B2C target audiences.
- Represent and serve as the point of contact within On Location for all Marketing collaboration matters related to our NOCs and NPCs strategy, in close collaboration with our International Relations team.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with NOCs and NPCs as partners, as well with the International Olympic Comitee (IOC), the Internation Paralympic Comitee (IPC), and Paris 2024 Organizing Comitee.
- Work with a diverse team of marketing professionals (CRM, Paid Media, Social Media, and Creative topics) and collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (Go to Market, Product and Sales) to ensure successful partnership activations aligned with our business strategy.
- Identify, negociate, plan and deliver high-value marketing partnerships on a global scale, including paid media, social-media, events, exhibitions, nationial sports organizations, and corporations, in line with our NOCs and NPCs strategy.
- Negotiate favorable partnership terms that align with the interests of NOCs & NPCs, as well as On Location needs.
- Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitor marketing performance to ensure meaningful contributions to our business objectives.
- Oversee and ensure impeccable financial management and optimisation of the marketing budgets to deliver positive ROAS and meet agreed revenue targets.
- Continuously learn from current partnerships to enhance our partnership program and tailor it to the needs of our business strategy.
- Challenge internal and external stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions for Olympic and Paralympic hospitality requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Sports Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
- Industry knowledge: A proven track record of managing & delivering marketing B2B and B2C initiatives for large-scale sporting or live events that drive direct sales. Strong business acumen and an understanding of the 360 marketing landscape (from organic to paid campaigns) and demonstrated success in implementing international marketing partnership programs with a strong return on investment.
- Project management: Proven experience in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines. Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working with mínimal supervision. International budget and financial management experience.
- Creative mindset: Ability to think innovatively and develop unique concepts that resonate with the target audience.
- Data-driven mindset: Proficiency in data analysis and ability to derive actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- Analytical skills: Ability to interpret data, perform A/B tests, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
- Collaboration and communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate campaign strategies and results.
- Problem-solving: Aptitude for identifying challenges and providing practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
