**Présentation**:
Leader des technologies juridiques d’entreprise Septeo SIJE accompagne la performance de ses clients en déployant son expertise sur les marchés du pilotage juridique d’entreprise, de gestion du cycle contractuel, de la gouvernance, du risque et de la conformité.

Nous accélérons la transformation digitale de nos clients grands comptes et PME grâce à des solutions logicielles couvrant l’ensemble des problématiques juridiques.

Implanté en France, en Europe et en Amérique du Nord, nous capitalisons sur plus de 20 ans d’expérience, plus de 1500 projets, plus de 700 clients et 65 000 utilisateurs à travers le monde.

**Votre mission**:
Rattaché à la responsable Customer Success basée à Courbevoie, vous assurerez le suivi des clients qui vous sont attribués, vous veillerez à maintenir un excellent niveau de satisfaction.

En tant qu’interlocuteur privilégié des clients:

- Vous veillerez à la satisfaction des utilisateurs au quotidien.
- Vous renseignerez et mettrez à jour le CRM afin d’y consigner toutes les informations relatives aux comptes et contacts.
- Vous assurerez vos rendez-vous clients et veillerez que les solutions clients sont à jours des dernières versions de nos solutions.
- Vous recueillerez les attentes fonctionnelles exprimées par les clients (R&D, Formations )

PROFIL REQUIS

Vous êtes diplômé d’un bac +2/3 et vous justifiez de 2 années d’expériences minimum dans une fonction de gestion/satisfaction de clientèle, idéalement dans le secteur des logiciels ou services informatiques B2B.

Orienté satisfaction client, vous avez un bon relationnel et un sens du travail en équipe.

Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux et soucieux de la qualité de votre travail.

Vous maitrisez un logiciel CRM (Salesforce idéalement).

Vous maitrisez l’anglais à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
