- Gérer, suivre et analyser les demandes clients et les réclamations clients.
- Travail en collaboration avec plusieurs interlocuteurs (équipe commerciale, usines etc...).
- Analyse des échantillons produits.
- Préparation support de formation pour les équipes
- analyse et mise à jour de report SAV.
- Déplacement sur le terrain pour expertise.- Vos compétences et atouts-
- Vous avez une formation bac +4/5 type école d’ingénieur ou Université, ou Bac +2/licence avec une forte expérience dans le secteur.
- Vous avez une personnalité énergique et volontaire.
- Vous avez un esprit d'équipe avec des compétences solides en communication et en travail collaboratif.
- Vous êtes créatifs dans la résolution de problèmes.
