Votre mission ?
Dans le cadre du développement de notre pôle Cartes cadeaux, nous recherchons un / une Customer Success Associate Cartes Cadeaux, pour une alternance d'1 an dès janvier 2023.
Rattaché(e) au pôle Cartes, vos principales missions sont:
**Analyse du parc des cartes en circulation 40%**
- Analyse globale et verticale du parc de cartes en circulation sur les marchés français, belge et danois (courant 2023).
- Suivi des indicateurs clés dans l'outil qlikview et ajout de nouveaux critères le cas échéant
- En relation avec l'équipe interne Qlikview, amélioration du dasboard existant
- Envoi de rapports mensuels y compris à destination des pays
**Gestion Service clients 40%**
- ** **Suivi de la performance et de la satisfaction client avec les outils : Salesforce, Wonderview, Kadoz, Forest et Connect
- Traitement des réclamations à partir de niveau 2, liées à la gamme des cartes cadeaux thématiques : identification et résolution des réclamations
- Échanges avec les responsables de boutiques/partenaires/ équipe CE dans le cadre de la résolution des réclamations
- Suivi du fichier des réclamations, rapport d'analyse et baromètre
- Recommandations d'amélioration continue sur les plans technique et opérationnel
**Synergies & international 20%**
- Participation à l'organisation de séminaires interpays
- Recherche de lieux de réunions
- Participation à l'organisation de l'évènement
- Préparation et collecte des slides de présentation (HQ, pays)
- Rédaction du compte-rendu des séminaires et suivi du plan d'actions, le cas échéant
- Consolidation du budget prévisionnel
Votre profil ?
- Actuellement en formation commerciale ou touristique, de niveau Bac+3/4/5, vous êtes à la recherche d'une expérience opérationnelle dans le cadre d'une alternance
- Vous avez une forte sensibilité Produit et êtes très orienté service aux clients
- Vous êtes pragmatique et orienté résolution de problèmes
- Vous aimez les chiffres et êtes à l'aise sur Excel Microsoft
- Vous souhaitez avoir une exposition à 360° des différentes fonctions d'une entreprise (marketing, finance, DSI, web, commercial)
- Vous travaillez en mode projet et avez un excellent esprit d'équipe
- Vous parlez impérativement anglais
