Description du poste

Ton rôle de customer success est d’apporter aux utilisateurs et à nos partenaires des solutions efficaces garantissant le bon déroulement de leur expérience chez Fixter. Quotidiennement, tu répondras aux demandes de nos partenaires (garages et chauffeurs) et de nos utilisateurs via chat, email et téléphone. Ce poste hybride te permettra d’avoir une compréhension à 360° du fonctionnement de notre service côté utilisateur et tu pourras y apporter tes recommandations d’évolution et d’amélioration.

En parallèle, tu participeras à l'amélioration continue de notre service support et à son expansion sur toute l'Europe.

Tu feras partie de l'équipe Customer Success France, qui est composée de 5 personnes :
☀️ Un Super Team Lead, Romain, qui mentore et forme les membres
⭐ 5 membres qui font vivre l'équipe et accompagnent nos client·e·s au quotidien.

Organisés en mode start-up, nous avons une culture forte avec des repas et des activités régulières Et surprise, une partie de l’équipe étant basée à Londres, nous y allons une fois par an

Qualifications

Nous recherchons une personne passionnée par notre mission et par la digitalisation du secteur de l'entretien automobile. Tu as une excellente capacité de communication à l'oral comme à l'écrit, avec une bonne rédaction et une grande patience pour expliquer clairement plusieurs fois la même chose.

Tu parles couramment français et tu as à minima un niveau B2 en anglais.
Tu aimes le contact humain, en faisant preuve d'une grande adaptabilité envers tes interlocuteurs.
