En tant que Sales Development representative Mid market, tu contribueras au développement de Sapiendo. Tu participeras à la stratégie globale de vente de l’entreprise en étant le premier point de contact des prospects (DRH essentiellement). Tu auras pour objectif de prospecter les entreprises cibles afin d’obtenir des rendez-vous de démonstration pour les Account executive.
**Tes missions**
Concrètement tu auras les responsabilités suivantes:
- Prospecter de nouvelles entreprises : identifier et contacter les interlocuteurs clefs en multicanal (téléphone, Linkedin) ;
- Comprendre les besoins et les enjeux de tes interlocuteurs afin de préparer au mieux le rendez-vous avec l’Account executive ;
- Et enfin atteindre les objectifs de nombre de premiers appels et rendez-vous qui te seront assignés.

- Tu as énergie communicative, et une grande motivation à travailler dans une jeune Fintech et à contribuer fortement à son succès ;
- Tu es doté(e) d’une aisance relationnelle te permettant de rapidement créer du lien avec tes interlocuteurs ;
- Tu as une capacité à créer de la confiance avec tes interlocuteurs ;
- Tu es résilient(e) et ne te décourage pas facilement, tu sais ouvrir des portes fermées et « évangéliser » ;
- Tu aimes le challenge et tu as une curiosité naturelle qui t’anime, principalement sur la retraite
- Les gros plus : tu as une bonne connaissance de l’univers RH.
**Déroulement des entretiens**:
- 45 min avec Anne-Laure notre DRH (Sapiendo, culture, team, métier)
- 30 min avec Dominique, notre Responsable du développement pour le business case
- 45 min avec Anne-Laure à nouveau sur les soft skills
- 30 min avec Valérie (CEO) et Brigitte (Chief of Staff ) pour fit culture/valeurs
