As a Sales Development Representative you will play a crucial role in building a new sales pipeline from cold - calling and prospection outbound campaign, as well as pursuing potential leads. You will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our innovative services and solutions.

A Day in the Life of a Sales Development Representative will include:

- Identifying and creating new sales-qualified opportunities from outbound/ inbound leads
- Identify and target prospective clients through research, digital lead generation, and networking;
- Build and manage a lead pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities to achieve and exceed individual and team targets;
- Achieving monthly quota of qualified opportunities;
- Profiling the account and overcome prospect objections to generate quality opportunities for the Sales Team;
- Become a trusted resource for internal and external contacts;
- "Multi-channel" follow-up - help uncover new deals and nurture existing opportunities;
- Maintaining active communication with leads by sending monthly targeted materials;
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services;
- Staying up to date with industry trends and propose competitive offerings;
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the value proposition of our solutions to potential clients;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns;
- Work closely with the sales team and other internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through the sales process;
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status and forecast to sales management;
- As this is the first point of contact with the customers, conduct business dealings professionally and proactively, and;
- Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field;
- Proven working experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial technology sector;
- Fluency in English & French;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients effectively;
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a persuasive and results-oriented approach;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment and adapt to evolving market conditions;
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments, and;
- Travel mobility is required up to 10% monthly.
