Sales & You, cabinet de recrutement spécialisé sur les profils commerciaux, est à la recherche pour un de ses clients d'un Responsable Business Development (H/F). Ce poste est à pourvoir au sein d'une entreprise engagée dans le développement des énergies renouvelables et en pleine expansion. Le poste sera rattaché à un bureau régional.

**Le poste**:
En tant que Responsable Business Development, votre mission principale sera de développer le portefeuille de projets dans le domaine des énergies solaires et éoliennes. Vos responsabilités comprendront notamment:

- La gestion d'un portefeuille de projets et le reporting associé.
- La pré-qualification de sites, la négociation d'accords fonciers et l'accompagnement des projets auprès des acteurs locaux.
- La préparation des offres de l'entreprise et des propositions pour les partenaires locaux.
- L'optimisation des outils de prospection, d'organisation et de suivi.
- La contribution à la stratégie de développement commercial de l'entreprise.
- La veille constante du secteur économique de l'énergie et des énergies renouvelables.
- L'amélioration des outils internes et la capitalisation des retours d'expérience.

**Le profil recherché**: Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une formation d'ingénieur ou spécialisée dans le secteur de l'énergie et avez une bonne connaissance de ce secteur. Vous êtes polyvalent(e), rigoureux(se), avez le sens de l'organisation et un bon relationnel. Vous êtes motivé(e) à contribuer au développement d'une entreprise en pleine croissance, porteuse de projets ambitieux dans le domaine du développement durable. Vous êtes titulaire du permis B.
