**YOUR MISSION**:

- You will be the main CS Manager for our French customers and assist them with their questions and concerns.
- As member of our International team you will also work closely with our other CS Managers and help build yfood into an international brand.
- As part of the Operations department, you will work closely with other teams to ensure that our customers always receive the most up-to-date information.
- You will help refine our processes and provide data-driven recommendations for the further expansion of our international markets.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**:

- You have successfully completed commercial training, studies or similar qualification
- Previous professional experience in direct customer contact is an advantage
- Native-level written and spoken French skills, and excellent English
- Ideal but not necessary: 3rd language (Polish, German)
- Ideal but not necessary: Basic knowledge of ecommerce/yfood
- Ideal but not necessary: First-hand experience with customer support tools (Zendesk or similar)
- You want to work in the heart of Paris
