**MISSIONS**
- You are in charge of Customer Success in our main market, France, from the moment the lead becomes a customer.
- You manage the delivery and recovery of the vehicles; coordinate with the client, fleet manager, and transport provider the place and date of delivery. Prepare the welcome pack (insurance documentation, registration, ).
- For the whole duration of the Car-On-Demand contract you are the point of contact of the customer and you are here to guarantee their satisfaction.
- Control the correct invoicing and payment of all items together with the Recovery team
- Manage Customer relationship: Renewals, upselling, anticipated cancellation of the contract, maintenance request, bad

debt collection, etc...
- You will be working hand in hand with the Operations team in charge of the fleet and the Sales team. And reporting to the Customer Success Manager across countries.

**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE**
- Native French or bilingual (C2), English fluent, (third language would be a plus)
- Born problem solver with a very pragmatic mindset
- You like to understand how things work, and feel at ease with digital tools (including our back-office and some business intelligence tools)
- Very thorough, you are able to take a step back and build processes to boost the efficiency of the team
- Good sense of customer relationship, eager to satisfy your customer

Resilience, you won’t get discouraged by the sum of problems you need to tackle or by rude customers
- Agile, you fit perfectly in a start-up environment where things change quickly
- 2 years’ experience in a position exposed to customer relationships or business operations
