**_ Vos missions _**:
En tant que Directrice senior de projets avant-ventes ou Directeur senior de projets avant-ventes chez Capgemini, vous êtes responsable d’avant-ventes à fort enjeu stratégique et de grande envergure. Vous animez l’élaboration de la stratégie de réponse, êtes responsable de la mise au point de la meilleure solution permettant de gagner l’affaire, pilotez la construction de la proposition et sa soutenance et assurez la contractualisation. Vous conduisez également des actions de développement business amont (discussions stratégiques avec les clients, sessions d’idéation, etc.).
Ainsi, vous pourrez:
- Animer des réunions clients au niveau CxO afin de comprendre leurs enjeux stratégiques et co-construire des modèles de transformation ;
- Définir la stratégie de réponse aux enjeux des clients et superviser la construction de propositions commerciales complexes ;
- Piloter des équipes de réponse pluridisciplinaires et à dimension internationale, le cas échéant en lien avec nos partenaires.
- Contribuer à l’élaboration de points de vue sur des sujets stratégiques.
- Participer activement à l’analyse des risques et à l’évaluation des coûts de mise en œuvre de la solution et assurer la cohérence globale de la solution retenue.
**_ Votre Profil : _**:
De formation de niveau bac+5 en école d'ingénieur ou équivalent universitaire en informatiques, vous capitalisez sur une expérience professionnelle de 15 ans minimum:
- Expérience significative de direction de programmes, dans des contextes variés (management d’équipes étendues, projets de build et de run, etc.) et auprès des grands comptes.
- Expériences réussies sur des avant-ventes complexes ainsi qu'une appétence marquée pour le business development.
- Attrait pour le travail en équipe et goût pour l'interaction avec un réseau de profils variés.
- Niveau d'anglais permettant de piloter des projets dans un environnement international.
